I am a Florida licensed mold assessor with 12 years of hands-on experience inspecting homes and businesses across the state. Licensing means being held to a professional standard. My only job is to give you accurate, independent findings, whether the news is good or bad. As a Central Florida resident for 45 years I know the moisture challenges Florida's climate creates with humidity, storms, and flooding.

Suni Environmental is an inspection and testing company and not a remediation company looking to sell you a clean up job. That means my only job is to give you accurate, independent findings. I have experience with everything from minor bathroom mold to major moisture intrusion after storm damage to large buildings. No matter the size of your project, or number of assessments needed, I will always be on site doing the inspections, taking the samples, and writing the reports.
